what is happening to the financial situation with the DSUs and SFSS ? I just want clarification.Will it not be resesolved untill the court procedure finishes Titus?
The bank doesn't want the contested directors to be signing officers. They want to remain signing officers and won't step away from that.
So, unless the impeached directors give up their demand to remain signing officers, nothing good can happen.
The CSSS Forum has a thread on this, our grad rep has posted a particularly interesting collection of emails that have been flying back and forth on the Forum mailing list.
Simply an amazing document...thanks to Amanda for such an excellent documentation of the proceedings...it will last a lifetime and stand as a testament to all that is possible when "good" triumphs over "evil"...
